Volunteer Nomination Form

Saddle Hills County is accepting nominations for individuals that deserve special volunteer recognition.  Saddle Hills County Volunteer Appreciation Awards are designed to recognize individuals and organizations who committed their time, skill, and energy to their community.

All nominees will receive a letter to them for their community contribution. They will also be invited to attend the Volunteer Appreciation BBQ at Moonshine Lake Provincial Park on August 24, 2023 to be part of a presentation from the Reeve and Council. All nominations will also be published on our website and social media channels.

You may submit your completed nomination in one of three ways:

In person:       Drop off at the Saddle Hills County Administration Building

The deadline for nominations is August 16, 2023.

Volunteer Community Impact

For us to fully understand the volunteer’s community impacts, please consider these points when answering the following questions:

• How does the volunteer demonstrate initiative, leadership, and creativity in service to others?
• Does the volunteer serve as a role model for others in their community? If so, how?
• Does the volunteer inspire others to engage in volunteer service?
• How does the volunteer inspire others to engage in volunteer service?
• How does the volunteer improve the overall quality of life of fellow citizens and the community as a whole?
